Program Includes:

The Goddess Glam Lash Extension Program is a 9-week, hands-on training designed to take you from beginner to professional lash artist. Each week introduces a new technique while building real-world experience, confidence, and business knowledge.

 

Program Details

  • Length: 9 Weeks

  • Schedule: Sundays & one weekday option (evenings available)

  • Class Size: Small groups (maximum 5 students)

  • Pace: Flexible — attendance does NOT have to be consecutive

  • Cost: $100 per week (pay as you go)

  • Entry Fee: $50

  • Hygiene & safety practices

  • Lash diameters & lash mapping

  • Lash cleansing & preparation

  • Step-by-step pre-installation process

  • Lash removal

  • Aftercare instructions

  • Retail products you can sell

Business Education: Building Your Lash Career

Licensed & Unlicensed Topics

  • Licensed vs. unlicensed options

  • Storefront, salon suite, or solo lash artist setup

  • LLC & EIN setup

  • Business insurance

  • Esthetician license overview

  • Website or booking system setup

  • Payment systems (Square, Acuity, etc.)

  • Client liability forms

  • Business licensing through the county

  • Finding affordable workspaces (salon suites or shared salons​

Topics Include

  • Using platforms like Groupon (pros & cons)

  • Professional appearance & punctuality

  • Proper sterilization practices (Barbicide & stations)

  • Required furniture:

    • Client chair or recliner

    • Lash artist chair with back support

  • Week 7: Classic Set – Discounted Client (No Charge)

  • Week 8: Hybrid Set – Discounted Client (No Charge)

Phase 2: Independent Growth

  • Assistance with booking site & advertising

  • Transition clients to your personal brand

  • You provide your own products

Phase 3: Independent Professional

  • Pay a weekly booth fee

  • Remain at Goddess Glam

  • Keep 100% of your earnings

  • Maintain your established client base
